Combine Holiday kombucha and sugar in a sauce pan and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Add cranberries, and simmer at medium heat until sauce begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.
Optional: add any preferred seasonings such as orange zest and allspice.
When the sauce has reached your preferred consistency, chill and serve!
