Kombucha Cranberry Sauce

Here's a wonderful probiotic thanksgiving hack– replace the water or orange juice in your favorite cranberry sauce with kombucha! It's a simple swap that adds a big boost of flavor, and is so easy to make at home. This thanksgiving, ditch the canned cranberry sauce and try this rich and flavorful DIY delight.

Method

  1. Combine Holiday kombucha and sugar in a sauce pan and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Add cranberries, and simmer at medium heat until sauce begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.

  3. Optional: add any preferred seasonings such as orange zest and allspice.

  4. When the sauce has reached your preferred consistency, chill and serve!
