SHOPIFY RETURN POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our beverage products, we do not accept returns for beverage products purchased from our website.
To start a return for any non-beverage product purchased from our website, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase in order for a return to be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Upon receipt and inspection of your (non-beverage) merchandise, you will be notiﬁed as to whether a refund can be approved or not. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method from which it was purchased. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
Any returns or refunds of our beverage products purchased from a grocery store or location other than our website, should be directed to where the product was originally purchased.
