A subscription provides the ultimate convenience – pause, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time.
With a Buchi subscription, you’ll save 15% on every recurring order and get free delivery on every order over $40.
We get it, life happens. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time, and rejoin when the time is right. There’s no fee to cancel or (re)join.
First step: create an online account with us. When you login, you’ll be able to access all of your subscription settings which will allow you to change flavors, order date, payment information, and more. If you need help, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@drinkbuchi.com.
Absolutely! You will receive a reminder about your upcoming order prior to us shipping or delivering. If you need to make any changes you can do so in your account settings.

Local Delivery
If your order is placed by 11:59PM EST on Sunday, your order will be delivered by our team on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If your order is placed after Sunday, it will be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
For recurring orders, your next order will take place two, four, or eight weeks (whichever frequency you selected) following your first delivery.
You will always receive an email reminder prior to your next order. If you need to make any edits to your order you can do so at any point through your account settings.
Our delivery team uses refrigerated vans to ensure your Buchi products will arrive at your doorstep cold. We recommend that you refrigerate your Buchi for 6-8 hours for the best drinking experience.
There is a required minimum order of $40 for free delivery.
Delivery is free for orders over $40.
Local delivery areas are based on our existing store delivery routes, demand in that area, and the capacity of our delivery team of two (that’s right - we personally deliver directly to you!).
If your area isn't currently part of our delivery route, please know that we are keeping track of requests for Buchi across the region and will widen our delivery options if and when we can. We want you to have your Buchi - we just need a little more time to figure out how to cover more ground.
In the meantime, if you live outside our WNC delivery area in NC, SC, GA, TN, VA or FL, you are eligible for Buchi's direct shipping option - we cold-ship right to your door! And, there's always Amazon.
We would love to be able to deliver your Buchi within a specific time-window, but we unfortunately aren't able to at this time. Our delivery team is two people strong, and a predetermined delivery route helps us serve as many customers as possible. While we can't promise to get to you at a specific time, we CAN promise we'll get there!
