Shipping policy

DELIVERY
We provide local delivery to select addresses in Asheville, NC, Greenville, SC, and their surrounding areas. Deliveries are made within 1-7 business days after your order is placed. Your order contains perishable items, refrigeration should occur shortly after delivery and prior to consumption for optimum quality and taste.

SHIPPING
We ship directly to the following states: NC, SC, GA, and TN. Your order will arrive in an insulated box specially designed to keep your Buchi at appropriately cold temperatures. Your order contains perishable items, refrigeration should occur shortly after delivery and prior to consumption for optimum quality and taste.

We send an email notification when a delivery/shipment has left our facility and/or when your order has been delivered, so you can track and know when your order has arrived at your doorstep.

Lost or stolen product:  Buchi is not responsible for lost or stolen products, products that have been left out for extended periods of time, weather, or unrelated delays. Additionally, Buchi cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following reasons:

Incorrect address:. We ship and deliver to the exact address entered at checkout. Please double-check to be sure the address you provide is correct.

Unopened shipments and deliveries: Buchi shipping boxes are marked with “Keep Refrigerated” labels and must be opened and product refrigerated upon receipt as Buchi products are perishable.
