A twist on two Southern classics

We're serving up a little twist on these two Southern classics: sweet tea and bourbon. Add a dash of Buchi Kombucha Sovereign, made with peach, ginger and molasses, to the mix and you've got a delicious, satisfying, southern sipper.
Buchi Kombucha Sovereign
Equal parts sweet tea and bourbon
Dash of bitters
1. Mix equal parts sweet tea and bourbon in a shaker with ice.
2. Pour over a large cube of ice, filling your cup 1/2 to 3/4 full.
3. Top with Buchi Kombucha Sovereign.
