Summer is the season for tall bubbly drinks, and this gin & kombucha buck is a refreshing take on a timeless recipe. A 'Buck', similar to a Mule, is a classic tall iced cocktail made with ginger ale, fresh citrus juice, and your spirit of choice.
We've shakin things up by swapping the ginger ale for Summit– our Lemon Lime Kefir Soda, and paired it with gin and an extra hit of fresh squeezed lime juice. If you're a die hard ginger fan, you can add a splash of ginger ale as well, or omit the gin for a fresh citrus mocktail.
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 4-5 oz. Buchi Summit Kefir Soda
- 1 Lime wheel for garnish
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add all ingredients and stir gently.
3. Garnish, and enjoy!
