The perfect element to spice up your summer barbeque experience! The subtle flavors of kombucha really bring out the best in the meat, AND work in a bit of tenderizing action. This recipe is super easy, fast and delicious.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup Buchi Kombucha Fire
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours prior to using, to allow the flavors to meld.
